Was Wes/Jeremy/Mungal referring to inverted ZTEM as the technology intervention causing the "enviromental behavior change" which proved to be a killer app (game changer)??

Note Jeremy's unwavering confidence in Inverted ZTEM.

Maybe the timeline of "on the cusp" is the beginning of the dramatic new means of discovery of reources within NOT holdings. This timeline would be open ended, but ever upward (sp; discoveries; quantities) etc.

I think that we (NOT) are in the proof statement/lab proof stage of the timeline of "on the cusp"
