Most investors buy stock because they think they will them at a higher price. Therefor, one must assume that the company will do better over time and increase value -one way or another. To increase value, it takes competent management and a good business proposition. We seem to have the latter.

On the other hand, most investor sell stock if they think the price will go lower. A good way to tell if the stock will go lower is looking at the management and the business proposition. Only one of the two needs to be below average for the share price to drop like a comet. We seem to have a good business proposition ...

In Noront's case, investors are thinking for a long time now that the price is going to go lower. You figure out what that means.

Oh by the way, don't call the bottom is in until it is in. It always tends to go in a lot deeper and a whole lot later than what I think. So I stopped bothering. Makes life a lot easier.

"I have heard the bottom being called since a $1.50, only a month left in tax loss selling and a market that is turning hard. I will continue to wait, why buy now ?? Crazy guys can buy now, someone always think they are smarter than the market. All other stocks are coming down from huge new highs, but NOT is setting new lows everyday, not a good sign. Good luck, still waiting. I thought this was being manipulated lower for a takeover this year?"
