The whole market will be hit by margins being changed and those with cash and trade in cash will be taking away from those overextended credit players. Novermber 25 and later has some meetings about the northern decisions in general and governments should be releasing 2011 fundings and projects early next year. I am buying to have sellers next year. Municipal elections are over in ontario and stuff can happen localy now.
