My understanding of the issue is that NOT is at loggerheads with FN over the all weather airstrip and NOT wants the FN to be unable to finish building the strip, although I am having trouble understanding why NOT reneged, to my knowledge, and are now trying to block construction. KWG is backing the FN and wants to see completion of the strip. Maybe someone with more knowledge can clarify this whole issue? rj
