Good honest point of view, however this not an enterprise company, for example like APPLE where Steve Jobs departure would be devastating to the company.

Noront BOD is the elected manager of a junior resource company with what we all agree are excellent resources in the ground that are worth waiting for. Our issue is to get this dead beat management on their feet working for the betterment of Noront and us Shareholders.

We all agree that we have the goods so we wait & hope. We continue to complain however to see if somehow we can get these guys to work for us or to get them replaced.
