I would like to add that I remember, while sitting at the table at the AGM, that Wes said they were cashed up until April 2011, but that being said (or something to those words), if the right type of financing were to come along, we'd have to look at it (again, or something to those words).

He did not indicate that there was financing coming. He did not indicate that there wasn't. He said what he said. And if my memory serves me correctly, I think I heard someone say after the AGM, that financing was probably coming soon. Of course that person was just speculating, but it did turn out to be true.

Personally, I don't have much problem with this financing, other than the price of it and the fact that they didn't call me and ask if I'd like to buy in the PP for 1000 shares (cough, cough). I wish the PP was priced higher, but ce la vie. If one were to increase their holdings by 5%, it would cover the dilution of your shares.

Bottom line though is it's another 10MM of exploration cash. But I surely do want some BANG for these BUCKS. I imagine Dundee & co. does too.

And if Dundee prices NOT higher, great ! I don't care what they did before. I care what they do now. We live in the present, not the past.
