Some more negativity, but your comment made me think that NOT is in the Cliff camp already. That is Cliff is already controlling NOT somehow and with NOT in its pocket is manipulating the rest of the ROF to get what it wants before NOT recommends the sale of itself offer to Cliffs.

Is there anyway of determining what they have found and not yet reported? It makes me think they have found nothing accept deep and overpaid pockets.
