Wow....really?!?!

It is my oldest sons' 2nd B-day and spent a great day with the family, playing in the backyard, racking leaves and having B-day cake!

Finally have everyone settled and thought I would 'pop' onto the Agoracom board to see what has happened and this.......a PP with Dundee at $1.25, REALLY?!?!??! (SNL bit).

Unless I was hearing things at the AGM, Wes stated there was enough $ until April. The burn rate was $1 mil to $3 mil/month (big range IMHO), so I figured they would look for a PP late this year, early next, not 11 days after the AGM.

I was a big fan of the old BOD, but wanted to give this BoD a chance since the world economy took a major hit in 2008/2009, but enough is enough. This stock is worth a lot more than $1.25....I would say closer to $3

Does anyone have any thoughts, rationale and/or reason why they would do this with Dundee at $1.25?!??!?!
