Following is an email I have sent to the OSC..........

Re: Noront Resources, Private Placement announced October 28th/10

Dear Mr. Collins,

Noront's CEO, Mr. Wes Hanson stated at the recent AGM (October 19th/10) that the company was fully cashed up, and that there would be no need for financing in the immediate future. He assured shareholders that they need not be concerned with dilution.

Today, only nine days later, they announced a Private Placement at a price well below the last financing, even though they have continued to grow their 43-101 compliant resource. Many shareholders are aware of this apparent deception and the speech by the CEO is available on the website. This deception must violate some rules and/or laws.

Please look into this situation, and reply with your findings.
