I am going to put in a guess what is happening.

Cliffs is an old company with lots of loyal large and valuable SHs who are sitting around the "club" playing games with the ROF and its small companies and thier SHs who have not been so old school fiddlers. A million here and there to screw with the SPs so that all involved get tired and leave the area. Canadian SHs have been giving them a run with our determination to stick around and I think we are even winning as the easychair potatoe mashers have not had to run up against FNs and stuburn bush leagers who won't go away. So here we sit outwaiting the games for what any who have seen the positioning before, know will end with that one news release that overpowers the power players.
