You are correct, Sum. My point in my last "laments" was to show that if they had been on the ball and used Richard Nemis' model of "beginning the process" to get the permits in place and start that mining phase which surely would get the major's attention, then why not get started in the permitting 2 years ago (before the TAKEOVER ARGGGGG) and you would probably have the majority of the permits in place and substantially further along and ready to almost start blasting this year...
ROADS??? Also in that pre-feasibility that was done a couple of years ago. ICE ROADS would suffice until there is enough cash to validate the existence of the mine for more than 5 years which would trigger spending cash on hand (from sale of ore already shipped out) and also trigger government spending on same issue...
My problem was not with the red tape, I get that. My problem was with the statements made by current "management" of this company that they needed to see how big this was before committing any resources to it...
If you want to package a company for sale to a major and get the best dollar for your asset, then beginning to mine Eagle 1 level A would have been a HUGE catalyst to show these majors how serious and Valuable this piece of MOOSE PASTURE really is!!! Then we would not be floundering in the $1.21 price range, which is a total joke. Not even a joke, it is beyond a joke... How many other investments could I have piled into with the proceeds of Noront if it had reached it's potential a few months ago and been taken out by a major... I could have been retired now, instead of climbing that hydro pole this morning (twice, to be honest) and doing my job which really isn't the best thing for a back that has had surgery on it, not once, but twice... Why do you think I made such a major investment in this company in the first place? Manitoba Hydro isn't doing me any favors, and I seriously don't expect any from them when I get my 3rd disc fixed (and that is only a matter of time, which I am trying to put off until I CAN retire, so I don't wreck another disc due to lack of compassion from a company that treats you like a number...), so I wait for it to happen. I seriously don't even think it will be enough to retire after the last dilution, and looking forward to the future dilutions that will HAVE to take place to keep this company going, at least until a major makes it's move...
Anyway, have to go. There is a wicked wind storm happening and you know what that means when you have lots of trees in the power lines..............................................
