I think raising the question at the AGM in some shape or form regarding the prospect of being able to vote for INDIVIDUAL directors would have been the absolute minimum necessary to keep this issue alive in any meaningful way. It appears that this was not done.

So, it appears the forum members are not prepared to do anything other than complain about the method of voting. I suppose many are assuming any such effort would be fruitless, but really, we will never know without making some kind of an effort.

For example, do we know for sure that institutional investors are satisfied with the status quo in this regard?
