Did anyone ask about why shareholders cannot vote on INDIVIDUAL directors, and not a preapproved slate?

I seriously think we need to change this soon.

Another thing...I believe the main reason Noront has not pursued listing on the TSX is that remaining on the Venture enables the BOD to evade requiring shareholder approval of any proposed takeover attempt. i.e. Freewest. Shareholder approval would be required if listed on the TSX.
