It has been pointed out that the timing for this meeting was set quite a while ago. The fact that they set it for the end of the day is key, I think, for a strategic NR.

So, what could they possibly announce now, that they would have known about so long ago?

How about a move to the TSX? When Nemis was being strong armed out the door, he was criticized for not advancing our company to the senior board. With the current news about the Ring of Fire (thanks to the Ontario government's Far North Act and issues with the FN), this could be a great time to make such a move. I am sure that such an announcement would lift our SP sufficiently to make it possible.

Just my speculation on the timing of the AGM, nothing more. Here's hoping it is at least that beneficial for us!
