We have no chance of changing Mgt. and the BOD,unless Institutional are also pissed off ( which,IMO,they should be) and vote NO. At the least,I think we are sending a STRONG MESSAGE to Wes that we are not happy with their actions,etc. The strong message should make them uncomfortable at the meeting and we just may see some changes to their approach going forward.
