At a purchase price of $.80 for the warrants, vs the common stock at $1.30, the price at which the warrants are a better return than just buying the common stock is over $10.40.

Given the greater risk in the warrant (expires worthless), you would need to forsee a much better price than that to justify the purchase.

Unsophisticated indeed.
