I just voted all 4 of my positions in the negative. With no possibility to vote for or against individual BOD members,I am sending a strong protest by voting in the negative for all items except the shareholders rights plan. If enough of us do this,Wes and the gang may just get the message. IMO,retail votes will likely not change the results,but Wes will surely get the message that not all is well,with lack of communication ,the cavilair attitude and especailly the rich compensation packages. I have done what I feel is right for me.
