Does Hudbay change the game...?

The reason i ask is that some thought that once cliffs brought all the ROF under one umbrella that a "major" would just take them out. Now that we have 2 "mini majors" in the hat now does this mean that either cliffs works faster,Hudbay works faster or the "major" just starts to do it itself soon. Also I was thinking that maybe Cliffs will just end up with all the chromite and hudbay will go after all the Ni stuff... Just thoughts though.. Anyone else? TTY
