Message: BMK using proceeds from Hudbay to explore elsewhere

I guess BMK aren't too keen on their prospects in ROF (see the bold at the end of the excerpt), unless I'm missing something.

Cheers,

PS. Sorry about the formatting.

"Shares of junior base metals explorer MacDonald Mines jumped Wednesday after the company
announced that Canadian base metals mining stalwart HudBay Minerals has agreed to acquire a 9.9% position in MacDonald
Mines. Through a subscription agreement HudBay will purchase 19,060,000 units of MacDonald Mines at a price of $0.18 per
unit. Each unit consists of one Class A share and one half of one Class A share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles
HudBay to purchase one Class A share of MacDonald Mines at an exercise price of $0.25 for a period of 36 months from the
date of issuance. Assuming the full exercise of the warrants, HudBay can increase its stake to 14.15%. MacDonald Mines,
which holds base metal assets in the "ring of fire" area of James Bay Lowlands of Northern Ontario, said it will use the proceeds
for exploration program at its Butler Property
, which is expected to commence next week."
