good thinking and posting geo prof on the fees of board members. thanks for that.
another thing to ask yourself is not only how much these guys make (btw from our shareholder money) but also on how much money was spent over the past months on exploration and how much came back for that? how is the quality of their work? how much deep drilling did actually happen for how much money involved and how much was achieved and delivered? how many targets were challanged - how good were the crews that were hired and how sharp was the deal made with these third party drillers? did any negotation happen, were there some smart minds involved to achieve the best drill deal possible.....because don't forget all that money means dilution, nothing more nothing less.
so in order to make some money at the end of the process, the dilution process must have been on a leach. is that what is going on right now, or are all these guys making serious money for mediocre labor just following the easy way out?
just ask yourself, and as you did geoprof make some comparison with other companies in similar situations?
those two elements should be the bases of the discussion whether this bod did deliver for it shareholders or not imo.
or just ask some other mining professionals you might know how they feel on the achievement and the quality of the current noront bod and why...
everything else is of non or less importance imho.
cheers rose2010.
