And why? Why would they have to buy PRB? Would there be a danger of someone else beating them to it? Or PRB mining it themselves in the short term?

Same with KWG. Why is their purchase likely in the short term?

These are not idle questions to clutter the board. I just don't see it happening short term, but I could be convinced otherwise.
