Hi, Babjak-

My guess is that it was drilled for "downhole geophysics" and was intentionally placed outside of mineralization to get a "clear look" at not only Eagle's nest but also the convergence zone. Of course, if they'd hit mineralization, oh, well! :-) But it looks like they didn't. To my way of thinking, this plays into Wes' hinting at a fresh discovery.
