But I am curious about something else and maybe you have an answer. It has to do with the directors of Not and their affiliations, and the possible meaning of those affiliations. I never noticed when the Annual statements came out last year that it stated that Mr. Blasutti is Senior Vice President of Barrick Gold. Mr. Alex Davidson was formerly Executive vice President , Exploration and Coporate Development for Barrick Gold . Mr. Parisotto was President and CEO of Arizona Star ResourcesCorp., a company which was acquired by Barrick gold. Of interest, too, is the fact that this year there is a proposed change of Auditor from MSCM LLP ( auditors since 1996) to PricewarerhouseCoopers LLP, where Mr Blasutti, "planned, supervised and managed audits ----", before comng to NOT.

I couldn't find Mr. Blasutti's name on any list for Barrick. Maybe I missed it. Can anyone help me out?

Could all this just be coincidence or is Barrick looming large. Their main interest is gold. Some M & A 's fairly recently, have been Williams & David Bells Gold mines (2009 -Hemlo) from Teck Resources; some oil and gas interests, and some copper interests. I didn't see where they have acquired any nickle, but who knows. Or maybe Not has hit some nice gold we haven't heard about!!

The AGM should be interesting. And this time they can't stop me from voting in person.
