I have a feeling, there is a lot more going on behind the seens that we, the small retail investor, are aware of.....including what direction the BoD will be taking with or without the current appointments (I see changes in the near future) & they are holding the NR's until they have a clear direction.

This is just my humble opinion, so take it for what it is worth (not much)

Either way, we all have to keep in mind the 'goods are in the ground' and not going anywhere....this will all be figured out one way or another
