This is exactly true. I would also add that in the heat of emotional posts one risks the very real and present danger of being sued for libel, dragging the whole board and forum along. There is a fine line between opinions/free speech and baseless inuendos and exaggerated statements without fact. Attacking a strategy, a business plan, a policy or a fact is one thing, personal attacks calling integrity or reputations into question is another.

I for one love and encourage good debate and want both sides. But when it becomes sewer fodder it crosses the line. There are options, get out of the investment, or stay and act like an investor. If anyone is so emotionally attached that it comes to this, my suggestion is the former.
