I LOVE the news that potash is suing BHP. One of their accusations is that BHP was holding down the shareprice to allow them to come in and take it over at a lower price. Sound familiar? If someone is doing that here to NOT I believe a forensic audit would reveal this as all of the transactions are recorded. Hopefully this will put some fear into manipulators of SP's of stocks and allow for fair trading.
