the link tells me that the news were from yesterday and the press release is from today.

In fact one of the link's paragraph tells of another day of delay which would be today .

This problem of conflicting wishes and ideas on the management of ROF's land is going to be with us for some time to come and with no news from the company to support the stock ,we are terribly exposed to a low ball takeover.

I firmly hope not.
