Now in-between the words he spoke, I believe that he also thinks that Noront is Cliffs next takeout to make the chromite a project. FNs issue must be settled and then Cliffs may make an offer then. I doubt that they will move before that. I wouldn't and if I could I would keep NOT at a level to capatilize on the FNs agreement. Whenever that will be. The NAN leaders have jobs so they need to be pushed from inside the community.
