Cliffs has put 375 million in thus far, and they just raised another Billion through bond issues, so I'm sure a chunk of that will be used for a little thing called LOBBYING. Don't underestimate the power of money in govt. Corporations always get what they want, especially here in America and I'm sure Canada is no different.
