Tell me who will accept a pathetic offer? When I look at the investors and institutions which have holdings in NOT, I just feel relax. Have you heard someone crying panic elsewhere than here on this board ? Everybody seems relax. There's not gonna be a lowball offer because Noront is strongly held, and Noront sits on huge ground value and potential as well that may not be reflected in the numbers appearing on the ticker, but that would sure explode if an Offer is filed.

In that sense, I would love to have a lowball offer right now! Bring it in! Thank you very much! The SP would rise, and establish itself at its true value, and the pretender would probably lose the war. But we will see no one being fool enough to attempt a take-over at this time... Majors may be greedy, but they are not crazy!

An offer would be conditional to % tenderred. Who's gonna tender his Noront shares at 1.8 or even 2? In Spider t-o, Cliffs had probably talked to JDM and knew they would break at around 20 cents. Rosseau, Sprott, Pinetree... will they tender any share? Not a single one. An Offeror who makes a 2$ offer would be losing its time and money, and would certainly attract bidding warriors. Noront is not Spider, or Freewest who had chromite wanted by Cliffs, and not much else.

My point is that one can not compare Noront's status to any other juniors in the RoF as regards to a takeover. For the moment. FNC TBM and anyone else puitting holes somewhere in this near-virgin piece of magicland may hit anytime and surprises us big time! What Noront found to date may perhaps be considered to have been a good but limited find! Many (including Wes Hanson) say that they never saw something like the RoF in the entire world!!!

The problem is that 5 years is kind of an eternity for many people. 5 years is not that long, just think of where you were in 2005? It's like yesterday! Noront is not a one-minute stock. There are plenty of them around if one wants to play them. I may be wrong, but Noront's stock is the kind of position that will build its value with Time. I had the same long type of ride with Virginia and Semafo, and the 10-bagger came and it's not over yet... I am aware of the kind of ride I'm in, so I keep buying on dips and relax... All explos are risky, however, but I'm also aware of that.

I know Dundee downgraded us at 1.4. Fine. Genuity is still @ 3.5, if I'm correct. Anyways, the only number that counts is the one I will have on my sell order on the S-DAY. This day is not tomorrow, I can be sure of that.
