I'm surprised that nobody has discussed the possibility of KWG and NOT getting together in some sort of merger deal. Not that I expect this to be likely, but KWG already tried the same trick with SPQ before Novak capitulated and ruined that plan.

The only thing I have to comment on though is that if the powers-that-be were trying to engineer a steady SP for a period of time to support such a move, they haven't done so with NOT. True, KWG has held quite steady for quite a while now, but Noront's share price has be see-sawing. Now if they had stayed at about $1.10 to $1.20 for several weeks, compared to KWG at 11 to 12 cents, I would have started to wonder.

Besides, there is a different focus between the two companies, although their common "enemy" helps unite them.
