I would say it would be a little more difficult for CLF to make a "low ball offer" this time! The B.O.D.'s representing Rosau would be looking for a double bagger, possibly even a triple from their investment. Furthermore huge institutions presently holding NOT also are looking for the same return. I believe Rosau bought in and around 3 bucks. Should an Offer be made lets hope our B.O.D. not only work for themselves but also consider their loyal retail shareholders this time.
