Sometimes we cannot see the trees for the forest, or the forest for the trees. NOT has been an anomaly in the TSX-V as compared to all other players in the ROF. Why is this when they have proven resources of value, market cap against resources that prove profitability, large land holdings and future inferred resources.

The government of Ontario as well as the First Nations have committed to the ROF. Mining will occur. This is a given. This has been demonstrated by the aquisitions of FWR and SPQ buy CLF and the committment buy McGuinty. More to come.

We have seen many suggested scenarios by retail as to why the SP of NOT is what it is. We have heard conspiracy theories from the believable to the ridiculous. Are the major institutions and potential buyers holding the SP down? We continue to see positive NRs that most other JVs would see a push up of their SP, yet we do not. Many houses are in deep, some want to retract their projected forecasts. No rhyme or reason. Retail at times blames the BOD, why not...when all else fails reason says blame the hands at the wheel. We have seen recently on this board suggestions of the negative that have resulted in banned posters. Not all statements are based on fact but when there may be conjecture, people have a tendency to call it a wolf in sheep's clothing.

I have no answers and I am as perplexed as everyone else. This really makes no GD sense. But it is what it is and hopefully in time we will see value, even though value has been proven. I know some of you hold a big loss buying in at around the $7 mark. I would caution speculating on the SP and just sit tight and watch.
