This is "deja vue" all over again...I held shares in both FWR and SPQ...and even though I made some money with both,I was disappointed in the end result...In each case, Mgnt. and the BOD caved in and would not fight back for a greater return for their shareholders...In one case the CEO was tired but did say he could of held out for a better deal....Wes ,I hope that you are getting 8 hours of shut eye a night...Not knows that they will have the support of retail if the price is right...I am sure that there some that bought NOT when it was at $7.00/share...My high was $5.06 and low was 0.22 and I bought on 23 separate occasions...My average is under $1.50...So , if you give me a premium on Friday's close of 1.21, chances are really good that I will not be a happy camper...I first purchased NOT in the Fall of 2007... I try to do my DD on the companies that I invest in, and it is frustrating when in the end it really doesn't matter...So in the end I hope that Wes and the BOD don't forget about the retail shareholder because it has been our money that has paid for the dog and pony shows to Europe & US ,to fund the drilling programs,to pay for gas, oil, machinery.lawyers etc......Even the attempted take of FWR......Regards and have a great weekend..R R
