We had a poison pill in place before and they let it expire for some unknown reason. Seemed to me that was a silly thing to do at the time, but what do we know? Now they have second thoughts I guess. Interesting, however I for one am very happy to have one in place again. Keep in mind that it is only good for the shareholder if management decides to utilize it. When anyone figures out how this BOD thinks please let us know!
