This downgrade by Dundee is questionable ...

Simply because they had to revise their capital cost estimates by 500M upwards?! WTF?

In the end NOT will do whatever is most economical - and if that is more inline with what Dundee was estimating instead of the conservative approach (environmentaly, and technologicaly) that NOT just presented, then good for us.
