I am going to warp drive this a little

We have just been told that SNC Lavalin states that Noront Eaglesnest in march is worth minimum 520million to Noronts marketcap value and at todays metal price we can bring that to 700+ million MC for one part with out the cash or chrome etc. Now this morning somebody is deciding to sell shares at $1.28 for some reason. Why are they going to do that...I guess they think that SNC doesn't know crap?
