It's the larger Shareholders that will have a say, if not happy they make changes.The fact that 60% or more is institutions, the chances of them doing anything is slim to none as this is probably where they want the company.then they will let it run,then they will short it,then do it all over again.A tsx listing would probably benefit us retail, but once again the chances are slim to none.If a change to the board was made, a good chance the institution ratio drops and retails goes up.This is one reason for a change in the BOD is needed.
