35k shares traded does not a blood bath make but you are probably correct in that it is a good time to pick up low price shares, particularly if you are trying to average down from the higher costs you may have aquired at.

The fundamentals of this company are still there, some are leaving temporarily some are coming in some are going to miss the boat...I bought in because there will be a mine. I bought in because the area will be developed, I bought in to be there. Doesnt really matter what the name of the company will be, if we are bought out I will buy into that company. I want to be here.

There will be lots of changes as there always is when you are talking money. Back stabbing , collusion, panic, luck all form part of this game.

Wes was hired to do a job. If the job is changing and he doesnt feel confident about it he is smart enough not to risk his reputation. you will see him leave. As long as he is there he is working for the best possible results. There should be no question that he is heavily invested and someone like that will try to protect himself and his investment. Watch for signs and act accordingly.
