I have to stick with my gut business theory on this buyout scenerio and stay with CLF poking around at others in the ROF and if it is them making another move it would be someone else they target. The PRB scenerio strengthens this belief and I can see a solid and formal "partnership" or co-operation agreement with NOT. Especially given that CLF recognizes NOT's relationship with the First Nations to be important. I think NOT needs CLF more than the reverse but it remains my opinion only...for now. I truly believe given the size of NOT and the resulting price that would be required to get it, they would have tried by now rather than risking the implications of another (and pending) resource find. As for another player entering the frey, this seems more likely to me as well because the ROF is too big for even CLF's to handle on their own.
