to me thats just cliffs and not puting there cards on the table.when smart people do stupid things and stupid thinks they cant be held legaly resposible for. you you just got to know (in this case) THE DIE IS Cast. but i just dont think cliffs will get it as cheap as they think. 3 no way about 5 is what ithink as of now. be ready for it though its comming before the e15th of august
