This to me, and with the fact they know where the other end is, Eagle 2, leads me into the conduit geology program that can not be seen from surface and as such, must be discovered with lots of drilling. Missed holes are not misses, they are teaching holes. Holes that show where not to drill and what the unmineralized geology looked like, before the events that directed the flows of mineral saturated liquid and where that mineral was concentrated from, direction of flow, faults it would travel along, etc...Because Noront is King of the Exploration drilling in the RING then they have the most knowledge of the geology. This makes Noronts information just as valuable as its minerals. Cliffs bought the chromite using Noronts public information, but they don't have the geology information that Noront has. Cliffs is a chromite mine hopeful that paid for that privlage, they are not the King of the Ring. That title is up for sale if they are willing to pay $5+. They better move, before Noronts knowledge gets proven to be more valuable, with a second hit of nickel/pge into the better understood conduit geology or Noronts last chomite discovery could trump Cliffs, when Noront sells its multible finds to a bigger more diversified company like Vale or Xstrata who could use Noronts chomite. There is more than one company and one mine in South Africa, Europe, Brazil etc. Cliffs would like a monopoly but I doubt they will have one.
