Hi, Milsy-

Very interesting take on things.

You say, "2) They (Noront's BoD) understand the economics, in that by making PRB's Chromite assets more readily available to Cliffs, Cliffs will bite and by doing so be more committed to the ROF than previously."

What about A) setting up PRB as a yummy Chromite-filled morsel that might whet Cliffs' appetite and buy Noront some more exploration time? As well as B) ensuring a larger/richer nickel buffer zone around Eagle One (already discussed by others on this board)?
