I agree with Hoov... also, you can't deduct interest if you borrow to invest in TFSA or RRSP as they are already tax-free investments...

On the plus side, you have "increased" your investment in NOT. As any returns are not taxed, you have effectively increased your exposure to NOT by your capital gains tax rate...
