I agree, if the deal was bad for Noront we would have a huge drop in sp with big volume. As it looks it is just a few nervous nellies leaving because The News did not show up, if it exists. I speculate it does.
As for take over, we are unlikely to get any prior indication. The speculation about it stems imho, from nervousness about our current sp and it's possible effect on initial offer of buyout.
