Perhaps it is how you treat someone after bad feelings flowing from them has occured.

A friend of mine worked for an American doctor who was part of the Batan Death March. A kindly man who whenever he had a patient who was Japanese to see had to have 15 minutes in solitude before entering the patient's room. He never refused to see these patients........he gave them his full attention and care. I always liked this story. Be it that we all can strive to reach this place.

I want to add that I wish JJ the best in her career and her life.
