I think, it was a great move for both.

Probe can sell the chromite to Cliff. I don't expect a large deposit as the land package is quite small. Interessting that they got some more chromite land from Noront.

What makes Probes chromite package much more interessting is the location. It is in the middle of Black Thor and Big Daddy and seems to be on the highest point (might be the ideal location for starting the chrom mining). It think, Cliff needs it for both reasons.

I don't sell any Probe share before a Cliff offer is on the table.

Also I think the move was great for Noront. The Probe land package surrounds eagles nest from two sides and Noront probably needs the land if they want to mine the nickel. And second, Probe was up to something on this land (should look for the drilling). Probably Probe didn't drilled deep enought and don't has the money for deep drilling. Maybe Noront knows amore. If the hit big on the Probe JV claim and find the motherlode there, the share price will explode.
