Sum, is it possible that JJ was the rumour itself. On the day that the stock started to move up I was watching my streamer, and small lots started to go through 500 or so and the price started to move up penny by penny fairly quickly. I switched to Agoracom to see if anyone was posting what I was seeing, read a few unrelated posts and went back to my streamer to find the stock had gone from about 1.29 to 1.37 and we had jumped from around 400,000 to over 1,600,000. I missed the humungous trade that happened, and then we started to post about what was happening..

Possible that the news was out re JJ and thoughts along your line of reasoning propelled the stock.........except not news pending but anticipation of news pending.

It is interesting because it seems to show that a lot of people are waiting for something from NOT. If so, and if something is definitely in the works, our stock could go like a rocket.....
