"NOT may be interested in making a move on them" Given the history, I don't think NOT making a move on BMK would have a positive affect on the SP. It would be dilutive to shareholders. Now... if NOT and BMK had some form of agreement to "work together" and both had exciting new finds... well.... that might do it. I don't see them coming together yet, though one never can tell with so much quiet.
