IMO NOT shareholders would benefit from a collaborative rather than an adversarial attitude by management toward other companies in the ROF

We are in the same boat brother

If we row together we will help on another

I think the time is right for a JV between NOT or some other entity and FNC

FNC can afford to offer good terms on McFauld's because of the value which is developing in their other properties
